The ZCS Tuned Velocity stacks are manufactured on an FDM style 3D printer, similar to what you see utilized by other suppliers producing parts for similar applications.  Due to this method of manufacturing, some slight roughness or surface inclusions may be present on your parts.  These in no way affect the function of the velocity stack!  On top of significant miles installed on motorcycles, the materials used have also been tested against ASTM D471 standards and found to exceed all requirements for suitability in material volume change, hardness change, and tensile strength.
